We are looking for you Recruitment Intern the one who is eager to get more knowledge of newest HR trends and learn to manage recruitment process. We are ready to share our knowledge and HR management secrets in return to your dedication and enthusiasm!
What you'll be doing:
- Taking full ownership of Recruitment process: clarification of requirements for the role, creating job ads, CV screening, communicating with candidates, conducting 1st interviews and doing pro-active search if needed;
- Supporting HR team with document management, HRIS maintenance and other technical tasks;
- Generating new ideas how to motivate our employees and make our processes more effective.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Be interested in HR processes and wanting to start your career path in HR;
- Any experience in HR field would be considered as an advantage;
- Be fluent in Lithuanian amp; have knowledge of English language;
- Be communicative, responsible and able to work with limited or no guidance;
- Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions because working smart gt; working hard.
