Community Manager at Simplex will be responsible for developing the banking and issuing consumers’ community, where the main role will be ongoing communication to consumers, special offers, custom offers, product features and enhancements etc.
Also as a Community Manager you will oversee the communication with the VIP clients to improve engagement, retention and satisfaction.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Manage the communication with Banking users’ community (B2C) amp; own the user growth metrics promo, new products, pricing, surveys, feedback, etc.;
- Plan marketing campaigns amp; strategic PR on local amp; international level (EU/UK);
- Perform data research on competitors’ amp; make recommendations for the product improvements, commercial terms or pricing;
- Be responsible for VIP banking users relationship (special support, etc.);
- Organize periodical surveys, feedback sessions about the products;
- Collaborate with colleagues on various topics at Marketing, Legal, Sales, Banking Operations/Support.
What we're looking for:?
- 1+ yrs of experience within a similar role or customer success, client relationship, marketing;
- Business acumen and a thorough understanding of market research, data analysis, survey creation initiatives;
- Excellent networking skills with a passion for collaboration amp; building positive relationships both with teams internally amp; stakeholders externally;
- Independent contributor with a creative mindset amp; a natural ability for storytelling;
- Previous experience working in Fintech, Banking, Blockchain industry (advantage);
- University degree in Marketing or Communications (advantage);
- Proficient English (both written amp; verbal).
