What you will do:
- Contribute to overall business strategy development and execution
- Be an owner of OBDeleven product marketing strategy and budget
- Translate product objectives and define effective strategies across E-commerce and digital marketing
- Manage, develop, motivate, and lead the marketing team (Digital Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Communication, Design) while helping each team reach their maximum potential
- Enable best practices for product-led growth and work on their implementation
- Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes
- Monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth in the business
- Take accountability for Marketing department KPIs and deliverables
Requirements
- Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing campaigns at the international level
- Prior track record managing full Pamp;L, budgeting, reporting and forecasting
- Proven digital marketing and E-Commerce experience with a wide knowledge of best practices in driving online sales
- An analytical eye, able to measure marketing performance and identify improvements
- A proactive and innovative approach to idea generation and implementation
- Ability to manage people and leadership
- Goal-oriented and data-driven growth mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Experience in automotive is a real bonus but not essential
