Recruitment Specialist

• Identify the demand of Human Resources for vacant positions;
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify the role’s key duties and core competencies along with any educational or certification requirements before posting the job and opening it to applicants;
• Create job posting, identify potential candidates and conduct interviews;
• Process Human Resources data and administrate the database;,
• Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication;
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials;
• Participate in other Human Resources projects;
• Maintain relationships with partners.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• 2 3 years experience in Recruitment Specialist position;
• English language knowledge (both spoken and written);
• Ability to work in dynamic atmosphere;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established targets;
• Stress resistance.
