We are looking for an ambitious and professional Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you!

We invite you to:

• Build Work in Lithuania’s digital marketing strategy and ensure its implementation.
• Plan, lead and execute all digital marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Assess past campaigns against goals and suggest ways to optimize cost/performance-wise
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and eventually execute new growth strategies.
• Monitor and analyze web traffic, and search for prospective traffic sources.

• Conduct UX/UI and web analysis and provide insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with programmers to implement website updates.
• Oversee weekly/monthly digital reporting and monitor site trends, product and content performance and optimize opportunities that map back to our goals and KPIs
• Manage relationships with agencies and other external service providers.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in marketing or communication).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record in delivering results.
• Expertise in major digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with web management is considered an advantage.
• Experience managing marketing budget and working with foreign markets.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
