We are currently looking for Customer Care Division Manager (Spain Europe region) to join our team and create Girteka Europe West success legend together.

Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in developing the Region‘s long-term customer care strategy and annual plans, driving their execution. Align the Region‘s customer care objectives with Company’s business strategy through active participation in strategic planning, customer care strategy development, forecasting, customer care resource planning and participation in budgeting.
  • Coordinate the work of the division, ensuring the quality of customer service. Distribute and control cargo and efficiency plans for Group Leaders. Ensure the fulfillment of the dedicated region cargo plans, efficiency and other goals set for the team.
  • Ensure timely payment control and debt prevention. Together with the team, analyze the causes and consequences of damage by creating and emplementing actions to reduce the amount of damage.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, analyze customer experience, determine the strategy of actions for improving customer experience and implement it.
  • Provide leadership to the division‘s management team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
  • Manage expenditures and perform within budget allocation.
  • Effectively partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Transport, etc. to achieve performance objectives and strategic goals for the business.

Requirements

  • Not less than 2 years leadership experience working with a customer care team.
  • Knowledge of the organization's processes, procedures, standards, and services an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate and control activities for maximum results.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, openness to changes and innovations.
  • Excellent English language skills. Experience working one-on-one with people and providing them with feedback. Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Orientation to operational efficiency and quality assurance, responsibility for team results.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the team, focus on continues professional and personal improvement.
