The new head of programming technologies in the company will find not only a dynamic environment, the development of popular products, but also a young, energetic team. Requirements: Experience working with both front-end and back-end technologies (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, NHibernate ORM, simple JavaScript);
Experience working with MS SQL, PostgreSQL (work with this candidate) databases;
Experience with IT project development, program system architecture design;
Ability to base and apply technologically appropriate solutions.
Planning and optimization of team resources, reviewing the work of younger colleagues, evaluating their competencies;
Analytical thinking, ability to communicate freely, friendliness and teamwork.
