That’s why we designed an internship program that will be useful to young ambitious people who are taking their first steps in the IT field.Program:

Sales amp; Lead generation Manager Internship
Duration: 3 months
Program Overview: The Sales and Lead generation Manager Internship Program is designed to provide aspiring sales and lead generation managers with hands-on experience in the IT outsourcing industry. The program will include a combination of training sessions, mentorship, and practical experience to equip interns with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a Sales and Lead generation role. For the following 3 months you will work closely with Team Lead Sales Manager and CEO of AIDA and will have full mentorship support.
You will receive:

  • Your personal corporate email and will have access to the tools of Microsoft Office 360
  • Slack account
  • Access to the CRM /Pipedrive
  • Access to corporate E-Library Materials

Program Internship is unpaid but in case of success dealing with a new customer and signed contract you will receive your bonus. After finishing the Internship program, we are providing a detailed recommendation letter to each Intern.
Requirements:

  • Ambitious, dynamic, innovative, and self-driven personality with a willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English
  • Full Time involvement as advantage.

  • Build Lead generation funnels

Market Research: positioning, competitors, SWOT, segmentation, Personas.

  • Brand. Creating a unique offer

Brand value: your unique advantage, personalization, social engagement.

  • Sales. Lead Generation and Sales Communication

Outbound Lead generation campaigns, Message: Pitches, Prospect: what to write if the client answered positively / negatively / did not answer.
Your weekly activity will include:
Week 1:

  • Orientation and company culture immersion
  • Introduction to the sales and partnership management department and its functions
  • Overview of the IT outsourcing industry

Week 2:

  • Sales training on techniques and strategies
  • Learning about the company’s services and offerings
  • Market research and analysis

Week 3:

  • Introduction to partnership management
  • Identifying potential partners and creating a partnership strategy
  • Developing sales pitch and presentation skills

Week 4:
