JOB DESCRIPTION

Utenos trikotaas, one of the companies within the SBA Group, is one of the largest and most modern knitwear production companies in Central and Eastern Europe. The Company’s activities take into account global trends related to sustainable production, social security for employees, and the highest environmental standards. Currently, the Company looks forward to inviting a Product Development Team Leader to join its team:

• Professionally develop the range of products and ensure smooth preparation for production (construction, application of technology, production of samples);
• Plan and implement the production development process;
• Search for innovations in the field of product development and apply advanced technological solutions in production;
• Establish proactive relationships with clients in the field of advanced technological solutions;
• Ensure timely fulfilment of obligations to customers;
• Maintain and develop relations with other departments and continuously strive for constructive cooperation between departments;
• Build and maintain a strong, self-managed team based on the values and culture of the SBA Group;
• Ensure growth of the competences of the team (technologists, constructors, production preparation workers).

Requirements

We believe that you:

• have accumulated at least 5 years of similar work experience;
• know the potential for development of knitted and woven products and production facilities;
  
• have excellent teamwork, stressful situation management, and communication skills;
  
• have leadership experience and are able to improve your qualities as a leader;
  
• have strong logical and analytical thinking;
  
• you have excellent command of the English language.
